Job Description

The Greenhouse Project Manager will lead the planning, construction, and maintenance of our greenhouse facilities. You will ensure that our operations meet sustainable practices while managing teams and projects to achieve agricultural excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, construction, and maintenance of greenhouse facilities.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of greenhouse projects from inception to completion.
  • Implement best practices for sustainable agriculture within greenhouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adapt operational strategies based on emerging horticultural science.
  • Engage in research to improve crop yield and resource efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among the project team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align production with market demand.
  • Evaluate and manage supply chain logistics for greenhouse inputs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
  • Project Management Certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in greenhouse operations.
