Job Description

As a Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of promoting a healthy workplace. You will develop and execute wellness programs that inspire employees to engage in healthy lifestyles, boosting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate wellness activities and challenges to drive engagement.
  • Facilitate communication regarding wellness initiatives within the organization.
  • Monitor and analyse outcomes of wellness programs.
  • Work with the HR team to integrate wellness into employee benefits.
  • Utilise data to assess employee participation and satisfaction.
  • Develop educational materials to promote wellness programming.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for employee involvement.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of wellness initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in wellness program coordination
