Job Description

The Industrial Order Clerk will manage the timely processing of industrial orders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless fulfilment of production needs. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Update inventory management systems as required.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to enhance order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest reorder points.
• Train new team members on order processing procedures.
• Participate in regular inventory audits.
• Assist with logistics and transportation coordination.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in business or supply chain management is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

• ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

Certifications
