Responsibilities

  • Manage the store's operational and financial performance.
  • Create a positive working environment that encourages team collaboration.
  • Establish sales targets and ensure they are communicated and understood by the team.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Lead by example in all customer interactions.
  • Organise team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and any challenges.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives to enhance local presence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of retail management experience
