We are seeking Graders and Sorters for agricultural products who are passionate about quality control in the farming industry. The successful candidates will work closely with our team to ensure that products meet the highest standards before reaching the market.

Responsibilities

• Assess and grade agricultural products based on set quality metrics.
• Sort products into appropriate categories for packaging and shipping.
• Track and document sorting activities for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely output.
• Assist in troubleshooting any equipment issues.
• Implement health and safety protocols throughout the sorting process.
• Participate in training sessions on quality control procedures.

Requirements

Education
