Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Steeping Press Tender to operate and maintain our steeping presses. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tea leaves are properly steeped according to our strict quality standards, contributing to our legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the steeping process, ensuring all parameters are met for quality assurance.
• Document production logs accurately and report discrepancies to the Production Manager.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and perform maintenance checks.
• Keep the work area tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support the quality control team in conducting taste tests and quality reviews.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
