Job Description

In this role as a Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, you'll be charged with the installation and maintenance of vital telecommunication systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on work will directly impact the effectiveness of communication operations within the film production industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems and equipment.
• Work with engineers to develop effective installation plans.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform repairs as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in telecommunications or relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or related repair roles

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Networking
• Fiber Optics Installation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of wireless systems: Experience in installing and maintaining wireless telecommunications infrastructure.
• First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid to ensure safety on job sites.
