Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Dopeman. The successful candidate will manage and distribute a variety of products efficiently to our customers while ensuring exceptional service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain branch inventory records and assist in stock management.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading procedures.
• Adhere to all transport regulations and compliance standards.
• Train new staff on delivery procedures and best practices.
• Support the team in achieving performance targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery or distribution is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of local roads

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility in working hours

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift or other relevant certifications: Certifications may be preferred for handling warehouse equipment.
• Ability to speak multiple languages: Multilingual skills are an asset for customer interactions.
