Job Description

As a Dropper with Logistics Solutions Ltd., you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to designated locations. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient delivery processes for packages across the region.
• Assist in training new delivery staff on best practices.
• Report on delivery completion status to management.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Utilise navigation apps effectively to find the best routes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in package delivery or courier services will be an asset.

Technical Skills

• Basic Vehicle Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in Cash on Delivery: Experience managing cash transactions is a plus.
