Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve our support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback about their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in support operations.
  • Assist in testing new software releases and provide feedback.
  • Create and manage customer tickets, ensuring follow-ups and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
Technical Skills
  • Software Troubleshooting
  • Remote Desktop Support Tools (e.g., TeamViewer)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
