Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will oversee and implement measures to safeguard company assets. You will develop comprehensive asset protection strategies and collaborate with various internal departments to enhance security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team formations for new security initiatives and train staff accordingly.
  • Perform thorough investigations of asset loss incidents, liaising with local authorities when necessary.
  • Regularly review and update security policies to reflect the latest best practices.
  • Engage with external security consultants to enhance system effectiveness.
  • Implement operational modifications based on audit findings and incident reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in security management or related field
  • Additional certifications in loss prevention management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in asset protection, including team leadership.
