Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Trailer Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety. The successful candidate will have a proven background in property management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the trailer park, ensuring smooth operation and high resident satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and standards.
  • Address resident complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the park and its facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely repairs.
  • Compile financial reports and ensure budget adherence.
  • Manage staff schedules and performance, providing support and training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
