Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in Southampton. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance our customer experience, ensuring satisfaction through your exceptional service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries regarding our products and services.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions into our customer service management system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Provide feedback on product improvement based on customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support role
