Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Construction Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes in our Rochdale projects. The right candidate will ensure that all construction activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements, while also fostering a culture of quality throughout our operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a quality-centric culture across projects.
• Regularly liaise with the site management team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage corrective actions from audits and inspections.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and technological advancements in quality control.
• Establish benchmarks for quality performance and monitor adherence.
• Develop relationships with external quality assurance bodies.
• Implement quality training and certification programs for employees.
• Utilise project management software to track quality metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets related to quality assurance initiatives.
• Communicate quality policy updates to the entire team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in construction projects
