We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Bath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights that guide decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for management.
• Develop analytical models to predict future financial performance.
• Present financial findings in a clear format to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information.
• Identify trends and variances in financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and recommend adjustments.
• Facilitate training and development for junior financial team members.
• Review and validate all financial submissions for accuracy.
• Assist in strategic financial planning sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
