Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Computer, Automated Teller, and Office Machine Repairer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with a variety of machines, including PCs, ATMs, and office equipment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated teller machines (ATMs) and office machinery.
  • Conduct ongoing system analysis and performance checks.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in service operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, MCSA)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support and machine repair.
