Job Description

As a Dental Hygiene Manager, you will oversee the dental hygiene department, coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and providing leadership to a team of hygienists. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hygiene department and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Mentor and support junior hygienists in their professional growth and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
  • Management qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in dental hygiene with managerial experience preferred.
