Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and policies.
  • Review financial statements and manage profitability.
  • Engage with guests and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Utilise customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Equivalent experience will be considered
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
