We are seeking a proactive First-Line Supervisor of Material-Moving Machine and Vehicle Operators. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while leading a team of operators.
Responsibilities
Manage workforce scheduling and optimize labor usage.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
Ensure quality control measures are in place for all operations.
Maintain communication with logistics and supply chain teams.
Assist in preparing reports for upper management.
Resolve conflicts within the team and promote a positive working environment.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Logistics or Transport is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar supervisory position
