Automotive Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our Nottingham team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Complete repair orders and communicate with customers.
• Develop and implement effective repair techniques.
• Keep work area organized and safe at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Propose ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent
• A degree in Automotive Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment

• English: Fluent
