This role involves researching and developing new food processes and products while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of food chemistry, product development, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the nutritional quality of food products.
• Assist in the development of lab-scale and pilot-scale food production.
• Identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
• Work closely with marketing teams to promote new food products.
• Develop training materials for food safety practices.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a food technology role
