Job Description

We are on the lookout for a diligent Procurement Clerk who will be integral in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers. The clerk will coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor supply chain processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Gather and analyse data on supplier performance and delivery times.
  • Coordinate with different departments to enhance communication and streamline processes.
  • Manage and resolve any disputes related to supply or delivery.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in identifying potential suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. APICS, CSCMP) are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience with inventory management, logistics, and transportation.

Certifications
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification
