Job Description

As a Power Distributor and Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our communications network, managing incoming calls and efficiently routing them to appropriate departments. Your expertise will ensure a seamless flow of communication within the organization, enhancing overall service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures for handling incoming calls.
• Coordinate with IT for maintenance of telecommunication systems.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Review and improve communication processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in developing communication strategies for the organization.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional vocational training in telecommunications or related field is desirable

Experience

• Prior experience in a switchboard or telecommunications role is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Switchboard systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce)

• Excellent verbal communication
• Organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with call center operations: Background in managing high-volume call centers is a plus.
