Job Description
Join our team as a Telegraph Office Route Aide, where you will assist in managing telegraph operations, provide administrative support, and ensure effective coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee the operational flow of telegram services from initiation to delivery.
Ensure all communications are processed expediently while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve system issues.
Manage customer information and handle requests with discretion.
Assist in maintaining inventory of telegraph office supplies.
Support administrative duties as needed, including filing and record-keeping.
Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improved efficiency.
Provide ongoing training and support for new joiners.
Promote a culture of excellent customer service within the team.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in telecommunications is an advantage
Experience
1-3 years of experience in telecommunications or customer service roles
