Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nurses Registry to lead our nursing operations team. Your role will encompass managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality nursing placements, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of the Nurses Registry to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to meet staffing requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to nursing personnel.
  • Establish metrics to assess the quality of nursing placements.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among nursing staff.
  • Implement technologies to enhance record management and communication.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance-related issues.
  • Engage in budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (desirable)
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management roles.
