Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Services Coordinator to manage logistics and ensure seamless transport operations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and our internal teams to optimize transport routes and maintain an efficient scheduling system.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily transportation operations and logistics.
  • Strategize and implement cost-effective transport solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport schedules and routes.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist with the development of transportation policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the fleet management team regarding vehicle maintenance.
  • Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics coordination
