Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our legal team in London. You will provide expert legal advice on various issues, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while helping to develop strategic solutions that benefit our clients. Your role will be pivotal in managing legal risks and representing our firm on complex legal transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Provide legal support for various internal projects and initiatives.
• Conduct due diligence for potential business partnerships.
• Collaborate with management to align business strategies with legal requirements.
• Review and advise on employment law issues and policies.
• Mentor junior legal staff and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop reports and presentations on legal matters for stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified solicitor or barrister
• LL.M. or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles

• CILEx Level 6 Diploma
