Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Distribution Center Manager in Bangor. This role is vital in overseeing our distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the logistics process. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, optimising processes, and enhancing performance metrics. You'll play a key role in leading our warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and operations.
• Ensure timely distribution of goods to customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct training and development programs for team members.
• Communicate effectively across departments to align operations.
• Address and resolve staff issues and operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
