Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes across departments. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to facilitate workflows, manage schedules, and assist with correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate administrative functions.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for multiple teams.
  • Respond to inquiries and serve as a liaison between departments.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and ensure timely reordering.
  • Support the executive team with scheduling and travel planning.
  • Organise office layout and ensure efficient use of space.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with service providers.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new staff members on office procedures.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal use.
  • Assist with budget management for office supplies and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in administration or project management are a plus
