Job Description

As a Spinning and Winding Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team in overseeing spinning and winding operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage team dynamics and foster a positive working environment.
  • Evaluate operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new operators.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and maintain compliance.
  • Assist in the development of production plans and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between management and floor staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Qualifications in textile manufacturing or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a textile manufacturing environment
