Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Insulation Workers to join our team in Manchester. As an Insulation Worker, you will be responsible for applying insulation to various structures, enhancing energy efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilise various tools and machinery for insulation installation.
• Support the project manager in delivering projects on time.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.
• Identify and report any issues related to insulation work.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in construction or insulation preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in the insulation or related construction field

Technical Skills

• Installation Inspection
• Material Handling

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Training
• Health and Safety Awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Commercial Insulation Projects: Prior experience working on larger commercial insulation projects, a plus.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations: Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
