As a Semiconductor Processing Technician, or Chemical Etch Operator, you will be pivotal in our manufacturing process. Your expertise in operating and maintaining state-of-the-art chemical etching equipment will allow you to create intricate designs on metal surfaces with precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor etching process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and etch time.
• Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Stay informed about new developments in chemical etching technology and methods.
• Engage in daily briefings to align with production goals and expectations.
• Utilise precision measurement tools for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with the quality control team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document any deviations from standard procedures and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in inventory management of etching supplies and chemicals.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions as required.
