Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Worker to join our Birmingham team. This role involves operating and maintaining food processing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing quality control checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food processing machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain optimal working conditions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but experience in food production is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
