Job Description

As a Lab Operations Supervisor at HealthTech Labs, you will lead our laboratory team in Ipswich, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with industry standards. You will manage day-to-day lab activities, oversee staff, and guarantee high-quality results in our diagnostics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory workflow and staff scheduling.
• Manage the response to any lab-related incidents or issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Assist in the development of lab policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss lab performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting with supervisory experience

Languages
