Job Description

In the position of Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will entail managing daily warehouse operations, from overseeing receiving and dispatching goods to maintaining inventory accuracy. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that our warehousing processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to upper management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for improved operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Forklift Certification: Certified forklift operator to safely operate warehouse equipment.
