Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Hotel Marketing Manager in Liverpool who will spearhead our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing programs, managing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful outcomes that resonate with our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of marketing plans that drive guest engagement.
  • Create content for digital platforms that reflects the hotel's brand identity.
  • Manage the hotel's social media channels with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Execute promotional events and partnerships that enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budget management in marketing spend.
  • Analyze competitor activity to identify market positioning opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to staff on marketing-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards in all marketing materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Professional qualification in digital marketing is an advantage
