Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues swiftly, and providing top-tier support to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries and technical issues, all while maintaining our high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through effective communication.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and enhance customer interactions.
  • Work closely with technical support to address product issues.
  • Participate in customer feedback initiatives to improve services.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide input for training and development of customer support materials.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role.
