Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare detailed account plans outlining goals and action items.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for account growth.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Foster a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Regularly update CRM with opportunities, forecasts, and account activity.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to enhance relationship and service delivery.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry changes, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Work towards set key performance indicators (KPIs) and quotas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role
