Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist in Oxford. This role involves implementing HR strategies, conducting employee training initiatives, and ensuring staff well-being and compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
  • Collaborate with management to assess and meet workforce needs.
  • Advise staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Administer employee performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Develop and facilitate training workshops to enhance employee skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • CIPD Certificate in HR Practice is ideal
Experience
  • 4-6 years of HR generalist experience
