Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage services, ensuring stellar service delivery and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing menus, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends in the food and beverage industry.
  • Manage supplier relationships for quality product sourcing.
  • Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
  • Create an engaging dining atmosphere that attracts customers.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for promotional events.
  • Oversee catering services when needed.
  • Ensure effective communication among the food and beverage team and other departments.
  • Monitor compliance with all licensing laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports related to food and beverage operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage management
