Distribution Planning Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Distribution Planning Manager to lead our logistics operations in Bangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient distribution processes, managing teams, and optimising supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Review and analyse logistics data to identify trends and develop forecasts.
• Foster relationships with service providers to negotiate better rates.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the distribution department.
• Implement new technologies and processes to improve distribution efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• Relevant certifications in logistics preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in distribution or related fields

• Logistics Software
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Management (CSCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
