We are looking for a skilled Distribution Planning Manager to lead our logistics operations in Bangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient distribution processes, managing teams, and optimising supply chains.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy.
Review and analyse logistics data to identify trends and develop forecasts.
Foster relationships with service providers to negotiate better rates.
Prepare and manage budgets for the distribution department.
Implement new technologies and processes to improve distribution efficiency.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
Relevant certifications in logistics preferred
Experience
6+ years of experience in distribution or related fields
