Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between IT and the business, ensuring our technology solutions align with our strategic objectives. You will play a key role in analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating stakeholder communication to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
• Prepare and present clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
• Lead discussions with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired states.
• Ensure compliance with business standards and best practices.
• Assist in user testing and validation of new technology solutions.
• Support business process re-engineering initiatives to drive efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
