Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and research funding opportunities relevant to the company's projects.
  • Prepare accurate funding applications adhering to guidelines.
  • Cultivate relationships with funding agencies and stakeholders.
  • Track progress of funding applications and communicate updates.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align funding needs.
  • Manage grant reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Contribute to the development of funding strategies.
  • Provide support in other finance-related activities as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Non-profit Management)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong skills in crafting proposals and presentations.
  • Budget management Experience in preparing and managing budgets for funding activities.
  • Attention to detail Meticulous and precise in overseeing funding applications.
  • Relationship building Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications in fundraising or grant management (e.g., CFRE, GPC)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in managing relationships with major donors: Skilled in engaging and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing fundraising campaigns: Hands-on experience in executing successful fundraising initiatives.
