Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Process Equipment Operator to join our team, focusing on the operation of grinding, lapping, polishing, and buffing machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine operation and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research funding opportunities relevant to the company's projects.
• Prepare accurate funding applications adhering to guidelines.
• Cultivate relationships with funding agencies and stakeholders.
• Track progress of funding applications and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to align funding needs.
• Manage grant reporting and compliance obligations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Contribute to the development of funding strategies.
• Provide support in other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in preparing and submitting funding proposals.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Financial reporting skills

Soft Skills

• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Project management skills

Certifications

• Experience in grant writing

Languages

• English: Fluent
