Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Rivet Passer to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be vital in supporting riveters by passing rivets efficiently and ensuring quality checks are maintained. Responsibilities

• Pass rivets accurately and efficiently to keep the assembly line moving.
• Monitor rivet stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Work with supervisors to streamline assembly processes.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency.
• Contribute to team meetings to enhance assembly output.
• Follow up on any quality issues and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in training new team members on the assembly line.
• Stay updated on safety procedures and best practice guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to use measuring tools: Experience with tools related to measuring and testing rivets.
