We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Development Specialist to join our team in Luton. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and optimisation of pharmaceutical products, utilising their expertise in formulation and analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for formulation development.
• Assess quality attributes of final pharmaceutical products.
• Participate in clinical trial support and monitoring.
• Mentor and train junior staff on methodologies and best practices.
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Work collaboratively with external partners and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve development processes to enhance efficiency.
