Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in manufacturing processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery as required.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Handle and sort materials as per production guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in training new employees on production processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic machine operation
• Quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with automated production systems: Familiarity with and experience in using automated production equipment.
• Forklift certification: Certification to operate forklifts and handling equipment.
