Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product adoption. Your success in this role will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through initial setups.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status.
  • Coordinate with marketing to share customer success stories.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organisation.
  • Identify customer success metrics and track progress against them.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success tools and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or customer success roles
