Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will drive recruitment strategies and enhance our talent acquisition processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition with a focus on tech roles preferred

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Languages
