Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Operations Examiner to oversee our employee operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and provide support for operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operational workflows and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Facilitate training on HR policies for new employees.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining effective performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Support management in investigations related to employee conduct.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee data.
  • Evaluate HR systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, HR)
  • Professional certifications (CIPD or equivalent) preferred
Experience
  • Over 3 years of HR operations experience with a focus on compliance

Advantageous
