Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Employee Operations Examiner to oversee our employee operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and provide support for operational issues.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operational workflows and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Facilitate training on HR policies for new employees.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining effective performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Support management in investigations related to employee conduct.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee data.
  • Evaluate HR systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPD certification is desirable
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • HRIS systems Experienced in the use of HR Information Systems for data management.
  • Payroll systems Familiar with payroll processing systems and their functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Problem-solving Able to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Team collaboration Experience in working within cross-functional teams.
Advantageous
  • Experience with performance management systems: Hands-on experience in implementing performance management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance: Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation and HR best practices.
