Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new food formulations.
  • Conduct research on food additives and preservatives.
  • Assess and improve food product shelf life and stability.
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Perform risk assessments related to food safety.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to food quality.
  • Participate in scientific conferences and represent the company.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives within food production.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Master's degree in Food Science preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development
